How do I interpret GymLogic Score and Form?
Learn the scope and freshness of the 0–100 score and how it differs from a PR.
Your profile may show No Score when there is not enough suitable workout data.

What the score means
GymLogic Score is a Beta index that assesses supported workout records on a 0–100 scale against the product's exercise references and profile context. The references and rules used may be recalibrated.
A score of 82 does not mean you are stronger than 82 percent of people or have reached 82 percent of your potential. 100 is not a biological strength limit either.
Regional coverage
Chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, and core are assessed separately. The overall score is based on the equal average of six current regions. If a region has no suitable current evidence, the missing region is not counted as zero to invent an overall score. A single supported movement family can contribute to a region; not logging every family is not automatically a weakness.

Not every exercise can contribute to the shared score. A defined reference, reliable match, or supported general estimation path is required. Showing no number for a timed exercise or unclear load information does not mean that the history record has been deleted.
Read status and Form together
Current, Provisional, Unavailable, and Stale do not mean the same thing. Read coverage, excluded inputs, and explanations of reasons. Missing data is not a real zero score; an old number should not be interpreted as current performance.
Form is a recent supported performance estimate; it is not a technique assessment. A PR is a record you logged in the past. Current Form may change while an old record remains. Do not count a change in profile, method, or coverage alone as a performance increase or decrease.
Muscle Profile, Body Graph, volume, and Training Load are separate indicators. The score does not measure muscle growth, health, or an exact strength ranking.
