How do I interpret PRs and estimated 1RM values?
Distinguish a historical record, estimated one-repetition performance, and current Form.
PR: a historical record
A PR is a personal record produced from suitable performance entries you logged for an exercise. Record types such as weight, repetitions, volume, or estimated 1RM depend on the exercise's measurement format. Do not expect a weight record from a movement measured only by duration.

Sharing a name does not automatically make the loads of two exercises, machines, or custom movements comparable. Check the weight unit and the exercise's input instructions.
Estimated 1RM
Estimated 1RM is a one-repetition performance estimate calculated from suitable logged weight and repetition data. It is not your measured maximum or a weight you are guaranteed to lift. Unsupported record types may show no number.
On the profile, use Tools → 1RM Calculator to select weight, repetitions, and a formula and inspect the estimated table. The result depends on your selected inputs; it is not the same data as a PR saved in history.

Form and GymLogic Score
The value presented as Form is a current performance estimate from recent suitable records; it does not assess movement technique. GymLogic Score is a separate product index based on supported movement references and profile context. An old PR may remain while current Form decreases. A change of method or coverage alone is not a new PR.
Editing or deleting a record may affect records and analytics based on it. Data being missing, old, and genuinely zero are different states.
